Having served for 12 years as a logistics supervisor at Quest Diagnostics, Inc. (medical industry's largest provider of diagnostic testing services) from 1993 to Feb 2005, he managed specimen pick up operations over a 5 state area coordinating 130,000+ pick ups annually. he is an expert in medical courier training, specimen handling, HIPAA compliance, blood-borne pathogen control and driver safety. He has extensive knowledge in Route Managment and Dispatch Training and Control.

Since joining the team at Medical Logistic Solutions, Inc., Matt has created a comprehensive training sysem broken down into digestible 1-2 hour training modules covering all aspects of running a successful medical courier operation. Matt's prior ownership of his own business (The Bug Man Owner/Operator 1991-1993) provides him with an insight into th echallenges that face the typical small business owner.

Matt and his wife, Jandy, are the proud parents of teenage twin boys.
